Registered by the National bank of Ukraine in
April, 1992 as the Donetsk joint stock bank of "AkceptBank". In 1995,
after the complete changing of membership of shareholders, renamed in Donetsk
municipal JSCB of "DonGorBank". In 2001 the representative office of
bank is open in Kyiv. In 2002 changes are registered in a bank charter -
instead of municipal joint-stock commercial a bank becomes the Closed
joint-stock company of "DonGorBank".
From 2003 a bank is a member of Association of the
Ukrainian banks, from 2004th is a member of the Ukrainian bank currency
exchange.
