Bank "Base"

One of the first commercial banks in the Kharkov area. For today he has licenses to and permissions of National Bank of Ukraine realization of complete spectrum of bank transactions. Basic direction of activity is remained by maintenance of the real sector of economy. It is one of the largest creditors in the Kharkov region. 

15.04.1992 years commercial bank "Base" was registered by the National bank of Ukraine in the Republican book of registration of banks, currency exchanges and other финансово-кредитных establishments under №103. 

26.09.1994 years with the purpose of stimulation of entrepreneurial activity, development of market relations in the economy of Ukraine by means of providing of performers of entrepreneurial activities and citizens by bank services a commercial bank by reorganization is regenerate in JSCB "Base" in form open corporation. 

In May, 1995 in composition bank "Base" as independent structural subdivision the former branch of the Kharkov investment commercial bank is included on development of light industry, that in 2001 is renamed in the First Kharkov branch of JSCB "Base". 

New possibilities for expansion of sphere of bank activity, further development and moving were forward given to the bank by going into the markets of other regions - in 2003 a branch began to work in city Dnipropetrovsk, in 2004 is a branch in city Kyiv. 

For strengthening of the positions at the market of bank services, strengthening of financial stability and development of new directions of activity in 2006 a bank is conduct considerable work on the further increase of equity - charter fund is megascopic on 10,0 million and his size hryvnias attained 40,1 million hryvnias. Fixed assets on the state on 01.01.2007 year made 74,9 million hryvnias. 

Joint-stock company "Investor" is a founder and proprietor of controlling interest(50,55 percents of charter capital of bank). 

A bank enters in the complement of financially-industrial group "Investor".
