AgroComBank

AgroComBank founded in 1993 in Kyiv and to the middle of 2002th named "Authority", after was renamed in агрокомбанк. To May, 2011 the chairman of rule and largest shareholder of credit establishment was Alexander Novikov (24,5 however he sold share holding, and took the place of leader former top-manager of "RodovidBank" Irene Jabskaya. The MASS-MEDIA bind the care of basic owner to the sale of credit establishment to the structures of Russian GazPromBank, about that negotiated in autumn of 2010, however it information is not confirmed.

The joint-stock company of "AgroComBank" is presented by the network of sales, consisting of 4 separations in Kyiv and one in Zhytomyr. A bank belongs to the 4th group in size of the combined assets (from 4 on classification of the National bank of Ukraine, on this index 123 takes seat on a country (62 place on a group). 

From data of the National bank of Ukraine, on 01.07.2011 year the combined assets of bank made 0,54 milliards of hryvnias (1,9 milliards of roubles). A credit brief-case, on 69 percents consisting of loans to the legal entities, forms 59 percents of the combined assets. Backuping is about 11,5 percents against 10,5 percents in 2009. On investments in liquid assets there is 10 and 14 percents accordingly. 

On facilities of physical and legal persons there is 27 and 23 percents of passive voices accordingly. Facilities of other banks make 25 percents. Combined capital - 24 percents of passive voices. 

In 2010 the income of bank made 1,9 million hryvnias (6,5 million roubles) against an income for 2009 in size of 2 million hryvnias (7,2 million roubles). In II quarter of 2011 the income of bank made 0,7 million hryvnias (2,7 million roubles), on this index credit organization occupies 122 place among the banks of Ukraine.
